Building Permits & Applications
CONTRACTORS must register with the Village of Burlington before obtaining a permit. CLICK HERE TO CREATE YOUR ACCOUNT. ***PLEASE NOTE YOU MUST USE GOOGLE CHROME OR MICROSOFT EDGE TO COMPLETE YOUR APPLICATION*** You will be directed to the Community Core website. Upon completion of your application and payment of appropriate fees, you will be able to apply for permits through our inspectors at SAFEbuilt. For questions regarding permitting, to schedule an inspection or if you require further information, please contact SAFEbuilt at 847-510-4104. For a faster response please email ILinspections@safebuilt.com.
After review and payment of fees, your registration will be complete and you may apply for permits. Your Contractor's Registration is good for one calendar year. After December 31st of each year, you must register again.
