POLITICAL ELECTION SIGN PUBLIC PROPERTY REGULATIONS
21.1706.C.14: No sign, other than signs placed by the Village or agencies of governments or, with jurisdiction over the public right of way, may be posted on any trees, public appurtenances or erected within, upon, or hanging over any public right of way or public property. Political signs, garage sales signs, real estate signs, and other temporary signs posted in violation of this subsection are hereby declared to be public nuisances and may be abated as such by the Village.
